SAIPEM SpA - Hawiyah Gas Plant Project - KSA
The system was developed as an online web application, providing secure access to subcontractors, the main contractor, and the client. It ensures data integrity throughout the entire Request for Inspection (RFI) process—from initiation to final approval—by enforcing data validation against item and Quality Control Plan (QCP) lists maintained in the official project database. The system successfully supported the management of over 125,000 RFI documents during the course of the project.

The system was designed as a web application that provides various features, including management of punch items for mechanical completion, streamlined tracking of construction items between contractors and clients, real-time progress updates, and smooth import/export capabilities with Excel.

Tecnimont SpA - Bursa Gemlik Urea Project
The system is designed to integrate with existing badge ID cards, track daily employee entry and exit activity, and generate periodic presence reports with associated cost analysis.

End-to-end DCC system
Turkerler - GAMA Izmir City Hospital Project
The DCC system was developed with advanced capabilities, including automated revision tracking based on file naming conventions, real-time online sharing with subcontractors and relevant parties, a live database for dynamic reporting, and QR code integration for automatic archiving of official transmittal receipt documents.

Industrial scaffolding monitoring and reporting tool
Endmer Industrial Construction LLC - Izmir
The system was developed to monitor and report scaffolding installations along with associated quality control procedures, incorporating periodic inspections. It features QR code access, real-time status update notifications, and Google Maps integration to facilitate location tracking across large project sites.

B2B system with custom Logo Netsis integration
Tuck Coffee
A B2B software solution integrated with the Logo Netsis ERP platform, featuring capabilities such as mandatory purchase enforcement, automated monthly royalty fee processing for franchises, conditional product reward mechanisms and periodic reporting.

Initiated and currently operate an independent software development and consultancy firm to leverage extensive industry experience. Offer tailored solutions in custom software development, SaaS implementation, and construction consultancy, with a strong focus on process optimization and digital transformation.
